Welcome to RewardClass.com, referred to in
these Terms and Conditions as “Reward Class,” “RewardClass.com,” “we,” “us,”
“our,” or “the Platform.”
These Terms and Conditions, referred to as
the “Terms,” govern your access to and use of Reward Class, including our
website, learning platform, courses, lessons, quizzes, missions, games,
challenges, reward tools, parent dashboard, child profiles, subscriptions,
points, rewards, and related services.
By accessing or using the Platform,
creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, allowing a child to use the
Platform, or redeeming rewards, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you
must not use the Platform.
These Terms should be read together with
our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects any
statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
1.1. Platform means the Reward Class
website, RewardClass.com, child learning area, parent dashboard, courses,
lessons, quizzes, missions, games, challenges, reward tools, subscription
features, and related services.
1.2. Account Holder means the adult parent,
guardian, or other person aged 18 or over who creates, manages, or pays for an
account.
1.3. Parent or Guardian means the adult
responsible for creating, managing, supervising, and approving use of the
Platform by a child.
1.4. Child User means a user under the age
of 18 who uses the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or
legal guardian.
1.5. User means any person who accesses or
uses the Platform, including Account Holders and Child Users.
1.6. Content means lessons, quizzes, text,
images, videos, graphics, explanations, educational materials, games,
challenges, badges, icons, rewards descriptions, software, and other materials
available through the Platform.
1.7. Points means points earned by a User
through educational activity on the Platform.
1.8. Reward Class-Funded Rewards means
rewards funded, supplied, arranged, or made available by Reward Class, subject
to subscription limits, reward budget, points balance, parent approval, and
availability.
1.9. Parent-Provided Rewards means rewards
created, approved, funded, supplied, or fulfilled by a Parent or Guardian, such
as extra screen time, gaming time, treats, activities, privileges, or other
rewards chosen by the Parent or Guardian.
1.10. Reward Budget means the monthly
allowance or value limit included in an eligible paid subscription plan for
Reward Class-Funded Rewards.
1.11. Free Plan means a plan that allows
access to a limited selection of courses, lessons, quizzes, missions, games,
challenges, features, or reward tools without a monthly subscription payment.
1.12. Paid Plan or Paid Subscription means
a monthly paid subscription that gives access to additional or premium
features, including all available courses and, where included, a monthly Reward
Budget.
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to
create an account, purchase a subscription, manage payments, approve rewards,
or act as an Account Holder.
2.2. Children under 18 may only use the
Platform with the consent, involvement, and supervision of a Parent or
Guardian.
2.3. Where an account is created for a
Child User, the Parent or Guardian is the Account Holder and is responsible
for:
a. creating and
managing the account;
b. providing accurate
account information;
c. supervising the
Child User’s use of the Platform;
d. approving or
rejecting rewards;
e. ensuring the Child
User follows these Terms;
f. ensuring the Child
User does not enter unnecessary personal or identifying information into the
Platform; and
g. deciding whether
the Platform, its content, and its rewards are suitable for the child.
2.4. Child Users must not create paid
subscriptions, enter payment details, approve rewards, or provide personal
information without the involvement of a Parent or Guardian.
2.5. If we reasonably believe an account
has been created or used by a child without appropriate parental consent or
supervision, we may restrict, suspend, or delete the account.
3.1. Reward Class is an educational rewards
platform designed to encourage learning through courses, lessons, quizzes,
missions, games, challenges, points, streaks, progress tracking, and rewards.
3.2. The Platform is designed primarily for
children aged 8–11, although availability and suitability may vary depending on
the child and the content.
3.3. The Platform is intended for
educational and motivational use.
3.4. Reward Class is not a school,
childcare provider, examination body, financial product, tutoring guarantee, or
substitute for parental involvement.
3.5. Parents and Guardians remain
responsible for deciding whether the Platform, its content, learning
activities, points system, and rewards are suitable for their child.
3.6. Completion of courses, lessons,
quizzes, missions, games, or challenges does not guarantee academic
improvement, exam results, school performance, or any specific learning
outcome.
4.1. To access certain features, you may
need to create an account.
4.2. You agree to provide accurate,
complete, and current information when creating or managing an account.
4.3. You are responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs
under your account.
4.4. You must notify us promptly if you
believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4.5. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate
an account where we reasonably believe there has been:
a. misuse of the
Platform;
b. fraud or attempted
fraud;
c. breach of these
Terms;
d. non-payment;
e. safety or
safeguarding concerns;
f. misuse of rewards
or points;
g. technical abuse;
h. unlawful activity;
or
i. any other conduct
that may harm Reward Class, users, children, parents, or third parties.
5.1. Reward Class may offer a Free Plan
with access to a limited selection of courses, lessons, quizzes, missions,
games, challenges, features, or reward tools.
5.2. The Free Plan does not require a
monthly subscription payment.
5.3. Free Plan access may be limited and
may not include all courses, games, challenges, lessons, quizzes, features,
parent tools, Reward Class-Funded Rewards, or monthly Reward Budgets.
5.4. Reward Class may change, add, remove,
restrict, or withdraw Free Plan features at any time.
5.5. Reward Class may offer Paid
Subscriptions that provide access to additional or premium features.
5.6. Paid Subscriptions may include:
a. access to all
available courses;
b. access to games
and challenges;
c. access to a
comprehensive school curriculum for children aged 8–11;
d. lessons, quizzes,
missions, and learning activities;
e. points and streak
features;
f. progress tracking;
g. parent tools;
h. Reward
Class-Funded Rewards, where included;
i. a monthly Reward
Budget, where included; and
j. other subscription
features shown at checkout or on the pricing page.
5.7. The features, price, billing period,
and any monthly Reward Budget for each plan will be shown before purchase.
5.8. Paid Subscriptions are billed monthly
in advance.
5.9. Paid Subscriptions automatically renew
each month unless cancelled before the next billing date.
5.10. Consumers may cancel a Paid
Subscription at any time through account settings, where available, or by
contacting Reward Class.
5.11. Unless Reward Class states otherwise
or applicable law requires otherwise, when a Paid Subscription is cancelled,
access to paid features may end immediately and the account may return to the
Free Plan, where available.
5.12. Cancelling a Paid Subscription stops
future monthly renewal charges, but it does not automatically create a refund
for charges already paid.
6.1. By purchasing a Paid Subscription, you
authorise Reward Class and our payment provider, Stripe, to charge your
selected payment method each month for the applicable subscription fee.
6.2. The monthly price, included features,
and any monthly Reward Budget will be shown before purchase.
6.3. You agree to keep your payment
information accurate and up to date.
6.4. If payment fails, we may retry the
payment, restrict paid features, suspend access, downgrade the account to the
Free Plan, or cancel the subscription.
6.5. A Paid Subscription is linked to the
account and cannot be transferred to another person unless Reward Class agrees.
6.6. Payments are processed by Stripe or
another payment provider we may use from time to time.
6.7. Reward Class does not store full
credit or debit card details.
7.1. Before subscribing to a Paid Plan,
users will be given access to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and
Refund Policy.
7.2. By subscribing, you confirm that you
have had the opportunity to read and understand those policies.
7.3. By subscribing, you agree that the
Paid Subscription is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically each
month unless cancelled.
7.4. By subscribing, you understand that
paid access may begin immediately after payment.
7.5. By subscribing, you understand that
cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund, especially where
paid courses, lessons, games, challenges, features, points, or Reward
Class-Funded Rewards have already been accessed, used, earned, redeemed,
issued, or fulfilled.
7.6. If you change from one Paid
Subscription package to another, including upgrading, downgrading, or otherwise
changing package, the new package may start immediately and the new monthly
subscription payment may be charged immediately.
7.7. Unless Reward Class clearly states
otherwise, previous subscription payments are not automatically refunded,
credited, or prorated when you upgrade, downgrade, or otherwise change package.
7.8. This is because paid access, learning
features, Points, Reward Class-Funded Rewards, Reward Budget, or other
subscription benefits may already have been accessed, used, earned, redeemed,
issued, fulfilled, or made available during the current billing period.
7.9. When you change package, the previous
Paid Subscription may be cancelled and replaced by the new Paid Subscription.
The features, reward limits, and monthly Reward Budget of the new package will
apply from the time the package change is processed.
7.10. UK online sellers must give clear
cancellation information, and different rules can apply to digital content or
digital services. You should make sure your checkout wording is consistent with
these Terms and your Refund Policy.
7.11. Nothing in this section affects any
statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
8.1. Consumers may cancel a Paid
Subscription at any time.
8.2. Cancellation can be completed through
account settings, where available, or by contacting Reward Class.
8.3. Unless Reward Class states otherwise
or applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect when processed.
8.4. When a Paid Subscription is cancelled,
access to paid features may end immediately.
8.5. After cancellation, the account may
return to the Free Plan, where available.
8.6. After cancellation, the User may lose
access to:
a. paid courses;
b. premium missions;
c. paid lessons;
d. paid quizzes;
e. paid games and
challenges;
f. subscription-only
parent tools;
g. Reward
Class-Funded Rewards;
h. unused monthly
Reward Budget; and
i. any other paid
subscription features.
8.7. Points and progress may remain in the
account after cancellation unless they expire or the account is closed, but
Reward Class-Funded Rewards can only be redeemed where there is an active
eligible Paid Subscription, enough Points, and enough available Reward Budget.
8.8. Cancelling a Paid Subscription stops
future monthly renewal charges, but it does not automatically create a refund
for charges already paid.
8.9. Refunds are handled under our Refund
Policy.
9.1. Users may earn Points by completing
courses, lessons, quizzes, missions, games, challenges, or other educational
activities on the Platform.
9.2. Points are used only within the
Platform.
9.3. Points have no cash value.
9.4. Points are not money, credit, stored
value, e-money, cryptocurrency, a bank balance, a financial product, or a
payment instrument.
9.5. Points cannot be withdrawn,
transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, or used outside the Platform.
9.6. We may adjust, remove, or correct
Points where we reasonably believe they were awarded due to error, misuse,
cheating, fraud, technical fault, or breach of these Terms.
9.7. Points may expire after a period of
inactivity or where an account is closed, deleted, or inactive for a long
period. Any expiry rules will be explained on the Platform where applicable.
9.8. If a refund is approved, Reward Class
may remove or adjust Points earned through paid features where permitted by
law.
10.1. The Platform may allow Users to
redeem Points for rewards, subject to these Terms, reward availability, account
status, subscription plan, parental approval, and any applicable limits.
10.2. Rewards may include:
a. Reward
Class-Funded Rewards;
b. gift cards or
vouchers;
c. digital items;
d. physical goods;
e. experiences;
f. Parent-Provided
Rewards;
g. privileges such as
screen time, gaming time, or activities; or
h. other rewards made
available from time to time.
10.3. All rewards for Child Users must be
approved, managed, or supervised by a Parent or Guardian.
10.4. Reward Class may reject, delay,
cancel, substitute, or adjust a reward redemption if:
a. there are not
enough Points;
b. there is not
enough available Reward Budget;
c. the reward is
unavailable;
d. the reward is not
suitable;
e. parental approval
has not been given;
f. we suspect misuse,
fraud, technical error, or cheating;
g. the account is
cancelled, unpaid, restricted, or suspended;
h. the reward is
restricted by age, location, stock, provider rules, or law; or
i. there is another
reasonable operational, safety, legal, or compliance reason.
10.5. Reward availability may change at any
time.
10.6. Reward images, descriptions, values,
and availability are for guidance only and may vary.
10.7. We may substitute a reward with a
reasonably similar alternative where necessary.
11.1. Certain Paid Subscriptions may
include a monthly Reward Budget for Reward Class-Funded Rewards.
11.2. The monthly Reward Budget is the
maximum value of Reward Class-Funded Rewards that may be redeemed during a
monthly billing cycle, subject to:
a. the account having
an active eligible Paid Subscription;
b. the User having
enough Points;
c. Parent or Guardian
approval;
d. reward
availability; and
e. compliance with
these Terms.
11.3. The amount of the monthly Reward
Budget depends on the subscription plan selected.
11.4. For example, a plan may include up to
£5.00 in Reward Class-Funded reward vouchers per month, where shown on the
pricing page or at checkout.
11.5. The monthly Reward Budget resets each
monthly billing cycle.
11.6. Unless we clearly state otherwise,
unused monthly Reward Budget does not roll over, accumulate, transfer, convert
into cash, or create any credit owed to the Account Holder.
11.7. Users may continue earning Points
after the monthly Reward Budget has been used, but additional Reward
Class-Funded Rewards cannot be redeemed until a new monthly billing cycle
begins, unless the account has remaining available Reward Budget.
11.8. Reward Class-Funded Rewards are only
available while the account has an active eligible Paid Subscription, enough
Points, and enough available Reward Budget.
11.9. If a Paid Subscription is cancelled,
expires, is unpaid, or is terminated, access to Reward Class-Funded Rewards and
unused Reward Budget may end immediately.
11.10. If a Reward Class-Funded Reward has already been redeemed, issued, delivered, or fulfilled, Reward Class may deduct its value from any refund or refuse a refund where permitted by law.
11.11. Where an eligible Paid Subscription includes a Reward Class-Funded Reward Budget, this may also be described on the Platform as a “Reward Vouchers” or “Reward Pot”
The Reward Pot or monthly Reward Budget applies to the User’s monthly subscription billing cycle. Unless we clearly state otherwise, the reward period starts on the date the active Paid Subscription or package begins and ends one month later.
For example, if a Paid Subscription begins on 10 May, the reward period will run from 10 May to 10 June. The Platform may display this as the “Reward Period” or “Prize Period.”
Where the Platform shows a “Redeem by” date, this means the last date shown on the Platform by which the User should redeem available Reward Class-Funded Rewards for that reward period. Unused Reward Budget does not roll over after the reward period ends unless we clearly state otherwise.
The available Reward Pot or Reward Budget may be reduced by the value of Reward Class-Funded Rewards redeemed during the current reward period.
12.1. Parents and Guardians may create,
approve, manage, and fulfil their own Parent-Provided Rewards.
12.2. Parent-Provided Rewards may include,
for example:
a. extra gaming time;
b. extra screen time;
c. treats;
d. days out;
e. activities;
f. family privileges;
g. toys or items
supplied by the Parent or Guardian; or
h. any other reward
chosen by the Parent or Guardian.
12.3. Parent-Provided Rewards are not
funded, supplied, delivered, supervised, or guaranteed by Reward Class.
12.4. Parent-Provided Rewards do not count
against the monthly Reward Budget unless we expressly state otherwise.
12.5. Parent-Provided Rewards may be
redeemed whenever:
a. the User has
enough Points;
b. the Parent or
Guardian approves the reward; and
c. the Parent or
Guardian is willing and able to provide the reward.
12.6. Reward Class is not responsible for
disputes, delays, non-delivery, suitability, safety, cost, or fulfilment of
Parent-Provided Rewards.
12.7. Parents and Guardians are solely
responsible for ensuring Parent-Provided Rewards are safe, lawful,
age-appropriate, affordable, and suitable for the Child User.
12.8. Parents and Guardians should not
include sensitive personal information in parent-provided reward names or
descriptions.
13.1. Refunds are handled under our Refund
Policy.
13.2. Subscription fees are generally
non-refundable once paid, except where:
a. required by
applicable law;
b. stated at the time
of purchase;
c. Reward Class
approves a refund at its discretion; or
d. there has been a
serious technical issue that prevents reasonable use of paid features and we
are unable to resolve it.
13.3. Cancelling a Paid Subscription stops
future monthly renewal charges, but it does not automatically create a refund
for charges already paid.
13.4. Refunds may be refused or reduced
where paid features have already been accessed or used, where Points have been
earned through paid features, or where Reward Class-Funded Rewards have already
been redeemed, issued, delivered, or fulfilled, where permitted by law.
13.5. Nothing in these Terms affects any
statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
14.1. Reward Class may offer free trials,
discounted plans, promotional offers, or introductory pricing.
14.2. If Reward Class offers a free trial
or promotion, the terms of that offer will be shown at sign-up.
14.3. If a free trial converts into a Paid
Subscription, the price, billing date, and cancellation process will be
explained before payment is taken.
14.4. If you cancel during a free trial
before any paid subscription begins, you will not be charged.
14.5. If Reward Class does not offer a free
trial at the time you subscribe, this section does not apply.
14.6. Reward Class may withdraw, change, or
restrict free trials and promotions at any time.
14.7. Reward Class may refuse or cancel a
free trial or promotion where we reasonably suspect misuse, duplicate accounts,
fraud, or abuse.
15.1. Reward Class provides educational
content for learning, motivation, and practice.
15.2. We aim to keep content accurate,
age-appropriate, and useful, but we do not guarantee that all content will be
error-free, complete, suitable for every child, or aligned with every school
curriculum.
15.3. Parents and Guardians are responsible
for checking whether content is suitable for their child.
15.4. We may add, remove, update,
reorganise, or change content at any time.
15.5. Completion of lessons, quizzes,
courses, missions, games, or challenges does not guarantee academic
improvement, exam results, school performance, or any specific learning
outcome.
16.1. You agree not to misuse the Platform.
16.2. You must not:
a. use the Platform
unlawfully;
b. attempt to hack,
disrupt, reverse engineer, or damage the Platform;
c. cheat quizzes,
manipulate Points, or exploit technical errors;
d. create fake
accounts;
e. impersonate
another person;
f. submit harmful,
offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content;
g. upload viruses,
malware, or harmful code;
h. scrape, copy, or
harvest Platform data without permission;
i. use the Platform
for commercial purposes without our written consent;
j. attempt to bypass
subscription limits, reward limits, or access controls;
k. attempt to access
paid content without an active Paid Subscription;
l. misuse reward
vouchers, reward budgets, or Parent-Provided Rewards; or
m. encourage a child
to provide unnecessary personal information.
16.3. We may investigate and take action
where we reasonably believe the Platform has been misused.
17.1. The Platform may allow Users or
Account Holders to submit content, answers, comments, messages, reward
descriptions, names, notes, or other materials.
17.2. You are responsible for any content
submitted through your account.
17.3. You must not submit content that is
unlawful, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, offensive, misleading, infringing,
private, or inappropriate for children.
17.4. By submitting content, you grant
Reward Class a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store,
display, process, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate,
protect, moderate, improve, and provide the Platform.
17.5. We may remove, restrict, or moderate
user-submitted content at any time where we reasonably believe it breaches
these Terms, creates risk, or is unsuitable.
17.6. Parents and Guardians are responsible
for monitoring any content submitted by Child Users through their account.
18.1. Your use of the Platform is subject
to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect
personal data.
18.2. Where the Platform is used by a Child
User, the Parent or Guardian is responsible for providing and managing the
child’s profile information.
18.3. Reward Class may collect limited
child profile information, such as username, age, learning progress, quiz
results, Points, and reward activity, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
18.4. Children should not enter unnecessary
personal or identifying information into the Platform.
18.5. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent where
such consent is required.
18.6. If you believe a child has provided
personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us at
privacy@rewardclass.com.
18.7. We aim to use child data only as
reasonably necessary to provide, protect, personalise, and improve the
Platform, support learning progress, administer rewards, prevent misuse, and
comply with law.
18.8. We do not sell children’s personal
data.
18.9. We do not use children’s personal
data for third-party behavioural advertising.
18.10. The ICO Children’s Code expects high
privacy settings by default and minimum personal-data collection for services
likely to be accessed by children.
19.1. The Parent Dashboard may allow
Parents or Guardians to monitor progress, approve rewards, manage child
profiles, view Points, manage subscriptions, and adjust reward settings.
19.2. Parents and Guardians are responsible
for using these tools appropriately.
19.3. Reward Class is not responsible for
reward decisions made by Parents or Guardians.
19.4. Parents and Guardians should
regularly review their child’s use of the Platform.
20.1. The Platform may use third-party
services, including payment processors, reward providers, hosting providers,
analytics providers, email providers, and other operational service providers.
20.2. Payments are processed by Stripe or
another payment provider we may use from time to time.
20.3. Reward Class is not responsible for
third-party websites, services, outages, policies, or actions outside our
control.
20.4. Third-party rewards, gift cards,
vouchers, or services may be subject to additional terms from the relevant
provider.
20.5. We may include links to third-party
websites or resources. These links are provided for convenience only and do not
mean we endorse or control those websites.
21.1. Reward Class does not display
third-party behavioural advertising to Child Users.
21.2. If we ever introduce advertising,
promotions, sponsorships, or partner offers, we will aim to ensure they are
clearly identified and appropriate for the intended audience.
21.3. We will not knowingly use children’s
personal data for third-party targeted advertising.
22.1. The Platform may use artificial
intelligence or automated tools to help create, organise, recommend, or improve
educational content.
22.2. AI-generated or AI-assisted content
may be reviewed before being made available, but it may still contain errors.
22.3. AI-generated or AI-assisted content
is provided for educational support only and should not be treated as
professional, legal, medical, financial, or specialist advice.
22.4. We may update, remove, or correct
AI-generated or AI-assisted content at any time.
23.1. The Platform and its Content are
owned by Reward Class or its licensors and are protected by copyright,
trademark, database rights, and other intellectual property laws.
23.2. You may use the Platform and Content
only for personal, family, and educational use in accordance with these Terms.
23.3. You must not copy, reproduce, modify,
distribute, sell, rent, publicly display, publish, or create derivative works
from the Platform or Content without our prior written consent.
23.4. Reward Class, RewardClass.com, logos,
graphics, branding, and related marks belong to Reward Class or its licensors.
24.1. We aim to keep the Platform
available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
24.2. The Platform may be unavailable due
to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party outages, security
issues, or events outside our control.
24.3. We may update, change, suspend,
remove, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.
24.4. We may correct errors, inaccuracies,
pricing mistakes, reward mistakes, Points errors, or omissions at any time.
24.5. Free Plan features, Paid Plan
features, reward availability, course availability, games, challenges, and
reward budgets may change from time to time.
25.1. We may suspend, restrict, or
terminate access to the Platform if we reasonably believe:
a. you have breached
these Terms;
b. payment has
failed;
c. there has been
misuse, fraud, cheating, or attempted manipulation;
d. the account
creates a safety, safeguarding, legal, or compliance risk;
e. the account has
been used without appropriate parental consent;
f. continued access
may harm Reward Class, users, children, parents, or third parties; or
g. we are required or
advised to do so for legal, security, or operational reasons.
25.2. If an account is suspended or
terminated, access to Points, rewards, subscriptions, dashboards, content, or
paid features may be restricted or lost.
25.3. We may delete or retain account
information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
26.1. The Platform is provided on an “as
is” and “as available” basis.
26.2. To the fullest extent permitted by
law, Reward Class does not guarantee that:
a. the Platform will
always be available;
b. the Platform will
be error-free;
c. all content will
be complete, accurate, or suitable for every child;
d. rewards will
always be available;
e. a child will
achieve any particular academic result;
f. the Platform will
meet every user’s expectations; or
g. defects will
always be corrected immediately.
26.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or
limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
27.1. Nothing in these Terms limits or
excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud,
fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be limited
or excluded.
27.2. To the fullest extent permitted by
law, Reward Class will not be liable for:
a. indirect or
consequential loss;
b. loss of profits;
c. loss of business;
d. loss of data;
e. loss caused by
third-party services;
f. loss caused by
Parent-Provided Rewards;
g. loss caused by
misuse of the Platform;
h. disappointment or
loss arising from unavailable rewards;
i. loss resulting
from a Parent or Guardian’s reward decisions; or
j. loss arising from
a User’s failure to cancel before a renewal payment is taken.
27.3. Reward Class is not responsible for
Parent-Provided Rewards, including their safety, suitability, fulfilment, cost,
or availability.
27.4. Reward Class is not responsible for a
Parent or Guardian’s failure to supervise a Child User.
28.1. You agree to compensate Reward Class
for reasonable losses, costs, claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses
arising from:
a. your breach of
these Terms;
b. misuse of the
Platform;
c. fraud, cheating,
or attempted manipulation of Points or rewards;
d. unlawful use of
the Platform;
e. content submitted
through your account; or
f. Parent-Provided
Rewards created, approved, or fulfilled by you.
28.2. This clause applies only to the
extent permitted by applicable law.
29.1. Nothing in these Terms affects your
statutory rights as a consumer.
29.2. If you are a UK consumer, you may
have legal rights relating to digital services, cancellation, refunds, and
unfair terms.
29.3. Where any part of these Terms
conflicts with your mandatory legal rights, your mandatory legal rights will
apply.
30.1. By using the Platform, you agree that
we may contact you electronically about your account, subscription, payments,
rewards, security, updates, and important service information.
30.2. We may also send marketing
communications where permitted by law and where you have not opted out.
30.3. You can unsubscribe from marketing
emails where an unsubscribe option is provided.
30.4. Service, security, payment, reward,
and legal emails may still be sent where necessary.
30.5. We do not send marketing emails
directly to Child Users.
31.1. We may collect and use IP address,
approximate country-level location, device information, and technical data to:
a. operate the
Platform;
b. provide
location-appropriate rewards;
c. show appropriate
currency, packages, or availability;
d. prevent fraud or
abuse;
e. comply with legal
obligations;
f. protect users and
children; and
g. improve the
Platform.
31.2. We do not use IP-based location to
track a child’s precise location.
31.3. More information is available in our
Privacy Policy.
32.1. These Terms are governed by the laws
of England and Wales.
32.2. If you are a consumer, you may also
have rights under the laws of the country where you live.
32.3. The courts of England and Wales will
have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms, except where
applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
33.1. We may update these Terms from time
to time.
33.2. If we make material changes, we will
take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by email, account notice, or a
notice on the Platform.
33.3. Continued use of the Platform after
updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
33.4. If you do not agree to updated Terms,
you should stop using the Platform and cancel any Paid Subscription.

35.1. Reward Class may offer a Free Plan
with limited access.
35.2. Paid Subscriptions are billed monthly
in advance.
35.3. Paid Subscriptions renew
automatically each month unless cancelled.
35.4. Paid Subscriptions may provide access
to all available courses, games, challenges, premium features, and a monthly
Reward Budget.
35.5. Consumers may cancel a Paid
Subscription at any time.
35.6. When a Paid Subscription is
cancelled, paid access may end immediately and the account may return to the
Free Plan, where available.
35.7. Cancelling stops future monthly
renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for charges already
paid.
35.8. If you upgrade, downgrade, or change
package, the new package may start immediately and the new monthly payment may
be charged immediately. Previous subscription payments are not automatically
refunded, credited, or prorated unless Reward Class states otherwise or
applicable law requires otherwise.
35.9. Reward Class-Funded Rewards are
limited by the monthly Reward Budget included in the subscription plan.
35.10. Unused monthly Reward Budget does
not roll over unless we clearly state otherwise.
35.11. Points are not cash and cannot be
withdrawn.
35.12. Parent-Provided Rewards are created,
funded, approved, and fulfilled by the Parent or Guardian.
35.13. Parent-Provided Rewards do not count
against the monthly Reward Budget unless we expressly state otherwise.
35.14. Child Users must use the Platform
with Parent or Guardian consent and supervision.
